* The default launcher lags a lot, install XOS launcher, Nova launcher or any other
launcher, it’ll fix your problems. The default MIUI launcher is not that
compatible with big screens with MT6580, dunno why, that’s why it lags.

How To flash ROM:

As usual, your phone must be rooted and twrp custom recovery installed.

1) Download Umi custom rom for infinix hot 3 to root of your sd card
2) Power off your phone and boot into Recovery mode. Press and hold Volume Up + Power button for some sec. to boot into twrp recovery mode.
3) Click on Wipe and tick wipe data, cache, dalvik, system

4) Click Install, find where you put the “” file and install it.
5) Reboot. The first boot may take upto 10 minutes, give it some time. It’ll work, hopefully.
